The challenge

Transmoove was working with outdated software that no longer met the growing needs of the business. Crew scheduling, management of multiple warehouses, time tracking and invoicing ran through separate systems. Clients had no insight into their stored furniture and requesting stock retrieval was a manual process.

Our solution

We performed a complete analysis of the existing software and rebuilt the platform according to the latest standards. The result: a comprehensive scheduling system where crews are assembled, team leads are assigned and shifts can be split mid-way for both moving and warehouse jobs. Multi-site warehouse management provides real-time insight into available space and stored items. Clients view via their portal exactly which furniture is stored where and can request stock retrieval — Transmoove schedules this directly online. Time registration is automatically forwarded to payroll services, invoicing is fully automated and waste management is integrated.

The result

Speed improvements, functional improvements and operational improvements at every level. Scheduling is more flexible, warehouse management runs flawlessly across all sites and clients manage their storage completely independently. Administration around hours, payroll and invoicing has gone from manual to fully automatic.
