The challenge
Fluentes, a renowned Antwerp foundry specializing in high-quality castings for jewelers worldwide, processed orders largely manually. Order management, invoicing, metal accounts and client communication ran through separate systems. This led to administrative overhead, slow follow-up and limited insight for clients into the status of their orders.
Our solution
We developed a fully custom ERP system that digitizes the complete order process. Clients have their own portal where they place orders, track live status, view invoices and pay online. Staff works with iPad apps on the workshop floor for real-time order updates. Invoicing and accounting are fully automated and clients receive proactive status updates via WhatsApp and email.
The result
Administrative burden has been drastically reduced through fully automated invoicing and accounting. Clients have 24/7 insight into their orders, metal accounts and invoices. The turnaround time from order to payment has been significantly shortened thanks to online payments and automatic reminders.
