The challenge
Shooting clubs in Belgium face unique administrative challenges that standard association software cannot solve. Beyond basic member management, they need to maintain digital shooting registers, track licenses and permits, and manage competition results and rankings. Many clubs were still working with paper registers, separate spreadsheets and manual communication. Membership fees were tracked manually and there was no central overview for board members. Shooting sports regulations require accurate record-keeping, which was error-prone and time-consuming with paper-based systems.
Our solution
We developed ShootWise as a specialized SaaS platform that combines all aspects of shooting club management into one cloud solution. The platform offers full member administration with automatic membership card generation, a digital shooting register that complies with legal requirements, and integrated competition management with results and rankings. Communication to members runs through mass email and SMS, and membership fees are automatically tracked and collected upon activity registration. Board members share reports and documents through the platform, and members have access to their personal zone. The system is fully responsive and available on any device. For federations and larger organizations, we offer a white-label solution. Like LedenAdmin, ShootWise scales with the club through flexible packages.
The result
ShootWise is actively used by shooting clubs across Belgium and has digitized the complete club management workflow. The digital shooting register replaces paper registers and meets all legal requirements.
